Ingredients:
- 12 T Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 c AP Flour
- 2 t Baking Powder
- 1/4 t Salt
- 6 Large Egg Whites
- 3/4 c Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a Cake pan.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
- Combine egg whites and milk.
- Add 1/3 of the flour mix to the butter and sugar, then add half of the egg mix. Repeat procedure, finishing with the last of the flour.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, smoothing with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Let cake cool completely.
- Eat. No Frosting, just cake.
