- 2 c Orange Juice
- 1/2 c Hot Sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot or Texas Pete’s)
- 2 T Butter
- 1 Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 T Corn Starch
- 1/4 c Orange Juice
- Mix 2 cups juice, hot sauce butter and cilantro in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
- Combine cornstarch and 1/4 c orange juice in a small bowl to make a slurry.
- Whisk the slurry into the boiling sauce. Return the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
