1 c puréed fruit
2 – 3 Habanero
1/2 c sugar
Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees.
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend till liquefied.
Pour the mixture onto a sheet pan lined with a silicon mat.
Bake for 6 hours.
When cool, remove the silicon and place the fruit on a sheet of wax paper and roll up.
Cut to your desired length.
